New York/New Jersey Warehouse Operations Manager (Mandarin)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supply Chain Integration Management：

Serve as the 4PL lead by integrating warehousing, transportation, and distribution resources to ensure efficient end to-end operations；

Design and implement comprehensive cold chain logistics solutions tailored to customer needs；

Optimize supply chain networks to enhance efficiency and reduce costs while ensuring flexibility.

2. Third-Party Logistics (3PL) Management：

Select, evaluate, and manage 3PL providers (warehouse and transportation services) to ensure contract compliance and service quality；

Conduct regular performance reviews of 3PL partners and drive continuous improvement initiatives；

Coordinate resource allocation among multiple 3PL providers to maintain supply chain flexibility and sustainability.

3. Data-Driven Supply Chain Optimization：

Utilize data analytics tools to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including delivery accuracy, inventory accuracy, and order fulfillment rates；

Leverage real-time data to dynamically adjust warehousing and distribution plans, ensuring agility and stability；

Provide data-driven reports to clients and internal stakeholders to support decision-making.

4. Customer Requirement Management：

Engage deeply with clients to understand their business needs and provide customized cold chain logistics solutions；

Act as a liaison between clients and 3PL providers, ensuring transparency and operational efficiency；

Address client complaints or operational issues promptly and implement corrective actions to improve satisfaction.

5 Compliance and Regulatory Management：

Ensure cold chain operations comply with U.S. food safety regulations (FDA, USDA) and workplace safety standards (OSHA)；

Regularly audit compliance in storage and transportation, particularly for temperature controls and food safety；

Stay updated on regulatory changes and adjust supply chain strategies to mitigate risks.

6. Cost Control and Efficiency Improvement：

Optimize resource integration and logistics network design under the 4PL model to reduce warehousing and transportation costs；

Increase supply chain visibility to minimize inventory waste and distribution delays；

Negotiate contracts with 3PL providers to achieve a balance between cost efficiency and service quality.

7. Team and Project Management：

Lead and manage cross-functional projects to drive supply chain innovation and continuous improvement；

Recruit, train, and motivate local teams to build strong 4PL management capabilities；

Support clients' strategic growth by delivering comprehensive supply chain solutions.

Qualifications

1、 Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields, advanced certifications (e.g., APICS, CSCP, Six Sigma, PMP) are a plus.

2、 At least 8 years of experience in supply chain or logistics, including 3+ years of experience in 4PL or supply chain integration management, proven experience in cold chain logistics and contract logistics (B2B), especially for restaurant chains, retail, or FMCG industries.

3、 Familiarity with U.S.-based 3PL logistics resources and cold chain networks, strong ability to design and optimize comprehensive supply chain solutions. Deep understanding of U.S. food safety regulations (FDA, USDA) and transportation compliance.

4、 Skilled in TMS, WMS, and data analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

5、 Exceptional coordination skills to manage clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ability to execute and manage complex, multi-party projects and strong problem-solving skills .

6、 English Fluently (could be use in work) and Mandarin proficiency is a plus.

7、Able to accommodate work communication across the time difference between China and the U.S.；Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

3、数据驱动的供应链优化：

利用数据分析工具监控关键绩效指标（KPI），如运输时效、库存准确率、订单履约率等；

基于实时数据动态调整仓储与配送方案，确保供应链的敏捷性与稳定性；

定期输出数据报告，为客户和内部决策提供依据。

4、客户需求管理：

深入了解客户需求，为客户提供定制化的冷链物流解决方案；

协调客户与第三方物流之间的沟通，确保供应链服务的透明度和高效性；

积极响应客户投诉或运营异常，提出并实施解决方案，提升客户满意度。

5、法规与合规管理：

确保冷链物流运营符合美国食品安全法规（FDA、USDA）及工作安全标准（OSHA）；

定期审核仓储和运输过程中的合规性，特别是在温控、食品存储和配送环节；

跟踪法规变化，及时调整供应链运营策略以规避风险。

6、成本控制与效率提升：

基于 4PL 模式，优化资源整合及物流网络设计，降低仓储与运输成本；

提高供应链的可视化管理水平，减少库存积压及配送延误；

通过合同谈判和供应商管理，确保成本效率与服务质量的平衡。

7 团队与项目管理：

领导并管理跨团队项目，推动供应链创新和持续改进；

招聘、培训并激励本地团队，培养高效的 4PL 管理能力；

支持客户的战略发展需求，为其提供全方位的供应链解决方案。

1、学士及以上学位，具备相关认证（如 APICS、CSCP、Six Sigma、PMP）优先；

2、 至少 8 年以上供应链或物流行业经验，其中 3 年以上 4PL 或供应链整 合管理经验；有冷链物流和合同物流（B2B）运营经验，尤其是连锁餐饮、零售或快消品行业； 了解美国食品安全（FDA、USDA）及运输法规，熟悉冷链合规要求；

3、 熟悉美国本地 3PL 物流资源及冷链网络布局，具备全局性供应链设计与优化能力，能够整合多方资源等；

4、 熟练使用 TMS、WMS 及数据分析工具；

5、 出色的跨部门协调能力，能够与客户及供应商保持良好沟通，较强的项目推进能力，能够在复杂的环境中管理多方合作伙伴；适应快节奏、高要求的工作环境，具备解决复杂问题的能力；

6、 英文可作为工作语言，具备一定中文能力者优先；

7、 能接受中美时差的工作交流，能接受美国本地及国际出差。
