Zales The Diamond Store at Lehigh Valley Mall is hiring a Store Manager.

This is an exciting leadership opportunity for someone who knows how to drive sales, build a winning team, create strong customer relationships, and deliver an exceptional fine jewelry experience.

What You’ll Lead:

Drive total store sales, profit, credit, warranty, repair, and customer experience results

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team

Create a strong selling culture focused on clienteling, follow-up, and relationship building

Deliver an elevated customer experience in diamonds, bridal, fine jewelry, watches, and services

Recruit, train, and retain top talent

Execute merchandising, operations, inventory control, and brand standards

Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance

Build a positive, goal-driven team culture where people want to win and grow

What We’re Looking For:

Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, retail management, jewelry sales, luxury retail, outlet retail, or commissioned sales leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership, coaching, and people-development skills

Proven ability to drive sales and meet business goals

Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

Comfortable leading through KPIs, sales goals, credit, warranties, repairs, and clienteling

Professional communication and strong follow-up skills

Passion for jewelry, leadership, and creating memorable customer experiences
