Job Description and Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in construction
Ability to manage multiple residential projects simultaneously.
Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Facilitate effective communication among team members, subcontractors, and homeowners.
Proficient with project management and scheduling software programs used (Buildertrend, Excel, Word).
Attention to detail and knowledge of construction processes in new home and remodeling.
Oversee budgeting and cost control processes to ensure projects remain financially viable.
