What you’ll Do

· Support day-to-day field operations, including daily logs, communication, and jobsite coordination

· Work closely with subcontractors to ensure proper sequencing, scheduling, and workflow efficiency

· Assist in maintaining and improving the project schedule to keep work progressing on time

· Help manage and track the punch list process, coordinating closeout with architects and owners

· Participate in and help lead weekly foreman and coordination meetings

· Promote and enforce jobsite safety standards and best practices

· Represent Ebert Companies professionally when interacting with owners, investors, architects, and partners

What We’re Looking For

· 1–5 years of experience in multifamily construction

· Experience on projects ranging from 60–250 units preferred

· Basic rough carpentry skills (temporary enclosures, blocking, etc.)

· Strong organizational and communication skills

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

· Procore experience preferred, but not required
