Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Prepress Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be the vital link between design concepts and the final printed or digital output, ensuring that all visual materials meet high-quality standards and production specifications. Your expertise will help transform innovative designs into polished, print-ready files or digital assets, supporting branding, marketing campaigns, and visual communication projects. Duties
Prepare and review digital files for print and digital production, ensuring accuracy in layout, color management, and resolution.
Collaborate with art directors, graphic designers, and marketing teams to refine visual concepts into production-ready formats.
Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision to create and optimize designs.
Manage color consistency across various media using color theory principles and color management techniques.
Execute typesetting, layout design, and sign manufacturing specifications for diverse print advertising materials.
Conduct photo manipulation, digital art creation, and photo retouching to enhance visual appeal.
Ensure all files adhere to technical specifications for printing or digital publishing platforms like WordPress or content management systems.
Support motion graphics production using Adobe After Effects or video editing tools when needed for multimedia projects.
Maintain organized project files and documentation for efficient workflow and seamless production processes.
Assist in the development of branding elements such as logos, UI/UX design prototypes, and presentation materials to uphold brand consistency.
Experience
Proven experience in graphic design or prepress production within a fast-paced creative environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Figma, Sketch, CorelDRAW, and InVision.
Solid understanding of color management systems, typography principles, layout design, and typesetting techniques.
Experience with web design languages including HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus for integrating digital assets effectively.
Knowledge of motion graphics creation using Adobe After Effects or similar tools is desirable.
Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress or other digital publishing platforms is advantageous.
Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control throughout the prepress process.
