The Cloud Web Developer supports mission-critical objectives under the referenced work order by designing, developing, and maintaining secure cloud-based web applications ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IL security requirements. This role integrates API-driven solutions, develops web-based dashboards for data visualization, and collaborates with geospatial and data analytics teams to meet mission requirements.

Job Description

The Cloud Web Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and optimizing secure cloud-based web applications that integrate with geospatial, data analytics, and AI/ML services.

The position requires ensuring compliance with FedRAMP and DoD IL security requirements, implementing robust authentication and encryption measures.

Developers will integrate API-driven solutions that enhance data interoperability and accessibility for end users and develop web-based dashboards for data visualization with real-time analytics capabilities.

The role includes producing Web Application Development & Integration Reports detailing system enhancements and security compliance.

Required Qualifications and Experience

The contractor shall provide personnel who meet one of the following requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; or

A minimum of five (5) years of professional experience in cloud-based web development.

Candidates must have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

Developing secure web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Angular.

API development with REST and GraphQL.

Working with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure.

Implementing serverless architecture and CI/CD pipelines.

Integrating web applications with geospatial and data analytics services.

Required Skills and Competencies

Expertise in modern web frameworks, API development, and cloud-native architecture.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and AWS environments.

Proficiency in secure web application development methodologies.

Strong understanding of authentication and encryption measures.

Ability to develop real-time analytics and data visualization dashboards.

Education

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

AWS Certified Developer – Associate (Preferred, Not Required)

Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (Preferred, Not Required)

Clearance Requirement

No clearance required for off-site duty location, or the ability to obtain and maintain the required clearance as specified by the program
