【概要 / Job Summary】

業界をリードするリキッドハンドリング製品群を中心に、ハイエンドのバイオテックオートメーション機器の修理対応、設置、メンテンナンスを担当していただきます。インドネシアを拠点とするアジア・サポート・マネージャーの下で動き、プロダクト・マネージャーやエンジニアリング・チームにフィードバックを共有します。

You will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing high-end biotechnology automation equipment, focusing on our industry-leading liquid handling product line. Working under the Asia Support Manager based in Indonesia, you will collaborate with dedicated colleagues and provide technical feedback to Product Managers and Engineering teams.

【担当業務 / Responsibilities】

・機器のオンサイト設置・修理（日本全国）

On-site installation and repair of equipment nationwide across Japan.

・リモートアクセスツール（電話、Eメール、TeamViewer等）を利用したカスタマートレーニングとサポート業務

Customer training and technical support via phone, email, and remote tools like TeamViewer.

・デモや展示会の準備と営業チームのサポート

Preparation for product demonstrations/exhibitions and supporting the sales team.

・サポートオフィスやスペアパーツデポの維持管理

Maintenance of the local support office and spare parts depot.

・宿泊を伴う国内出張

Domestic business trips requiring overnight stays.

・顧客対応や問題の内容を社内のCRMデータベースに記録・詳細な報告

Logging customer interactions into the CRM database and writing detailed service reports.

・エンジニアやプロダクトマネジャーと協力して製品の不具合等を解決する

Collaborating with engineering and product management teams to resolve product defects.

求める人材:

【必須条件・スキル / Required Skills & Experience】

・日本語および英語：ビジネスレベル以上（流暢にコミュニケーションが取れる方）

Fluency in both Japanese and English (business level or above) is required to coordinate with local clients and our global support teams.

・機械、電気、電子、またはバイオメディカル機器のメンテナンスやエンジニアリングのバックグラウンド

Background in mechanical engineering, electronics, robotics, or biomedical equipment maintenance.

・日本全国への出張（宿泊伴う）に柔軟に対応できる方

Flexibility to travel frequently for domestic business trips involving overnight stays.

・顧客対応が得意で、問題解決にやりがいを感じられる方

Excellent customer interaction skills with a passion for troubleshooting complex issues.

Field Service Engineer

FORMULATRIX, a leading provider of protein crystallography, liquid handling, and PCR automation solutions, is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our world-class customer support team. We are looking for someone who excels in customer interaction, takes pride in solving problems, and enjoys traveling (business trips). We welcome candidates who can work with customers to resolve complex issues and who are familiar with PCs and technology.

You will be responsible for repairing high-end biotech automation instruments, primarily focusing on our industry-leading liquid handling product line. You will work with dedicated colleagues under the Asia Support Manager based in Indonesia, and provide feedback to Product Managers and the Engineering team.

Responsibilities

On-site installation and repair of equipment (nationwide across Japan)

Customer training and support via phone, email, and remote access tools such as TeamViewer

Preparation for demonstrations and exhibitions, and support for the sales team

Maintenance of the support office and spare parts depot

Business trips requiring overnight stays

Recording customer interactions and issues in the company’s CRM database

Detailed reporting of on-site support work

Collaborating with engineers and product managers to resolve product issues
