As an R&D Trainee at VALEO MANAGEMENT SERVICES UK LIMITED, you will contribute to innovative research and development projects, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic automotive technology environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the design, development, and testing of new automotive components and systems.
Conduct research and analysis to support ongoing R&D projects.
Prepare technical reports, presentations, and documentation.
Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams.
Participate in experiments, data collection, and analysis.
Learn and apply R&D methodologies and best practices.
Support the continuous improvement of products and processes.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics) or a related technical field.
Strong academic record.
Demonstrated interest in automotive technology and innovation.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in relevant software tools (e.g., CAD, simulation software) is a plus.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
