Sales Representative / Strategic Accounts Executive
About the role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced sales professional to join a growing company that sells specialized products and solutions to hotels, commercial clients, and residential customers.
This position is ideal for someone who understands relationship-based sales, knows how to manage important clients, and wants to participate in the growth of a serious company with strong long-term potential.
Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with experience working with hotels, commercial accounts, property managers, developers, or high-value residential clients.
The ideal candidate has experience managing large accounts, building trust with decision-makers, following up professionally, and closing opportunities through consistent effort.
This is not a traditional salaried position. We are looking for someone entrepreneurial, responsible, and motivated by performance.
Compensation
This role does not include a fixed salary.
However, we provide $15,000 MXN per month as operational support to help with basic work-related expenses.
Your main compensation will be based on gross margins, meaning your income grows as the company grows and as you generate profitable business.
For the right person, this can become a highly compensated position with significant upside.
