Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

We are looking for a highly driven SDR with a proven track record of generating qualified pipeline opportunities in B2B software sales.

This role is heavily focused on lead qualification, outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, CRM management, and supporting our partner ecosystem across LATAM.

Mandatory Requirements - Please Do Not Apply Unless You Meet ALL of the Following:

Minimum 3 years of software sales experience (SaaS preferred)

Fluent English (spoken and written) – Mandatory

Experience working with sales quotas and measurable sales targets

Ability to clearly demonstrate past performance using metrics and KPIs

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Prospecting

Qualify inbound leads and respond within established SLAs

Execute outbound prospecting campaigns through email, phone, LinkedIn, webinars, and strategic outreach

Identify and engage decision-makers within target accounts

Generate qualified sales opportunities for Account Executives and partners

Pipeline Development

Maintain accurate CRM records and activity tracking

Manage lead progression through the qualification process

Schedule product demonstrations and ensure smooth handoffs

Drive consistent pipeline growth through proactive outreach

Partner Support

Coordinate with regional partners on lead follow-up activities

Assist partners with CRM usage and sales process best practices

Support joint lead-generation initiatives and campaigns

Webinar & Event Support

Participate in webinars, virtual events, and industry conferences

Follow up with attendees and convert engagement into qualified opportunities

Support marketing initiatives aimed at pipeline generation

What Success Looks Like

The successful candidate will consistently:

Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly pipeline generation targets

Deliver a high volume of qualified sales opportunities

Maintain strong CRM discipline and reporting accuracy

Demonstrate measurable conversion rates throughout the sales funnel

Contribute directly to revenue growth across the LATAM region
