Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (In-Office / Startup Environment)

The Mission

We are an over-the-road transportation brokerage company scaling our US operations, and we are looking for a relentless Inside Sales Representative.

You don’t need to know the logistics industry inside out, but you must know how to command a phone call. If you view a "No" as just a pitstop on the way to a "Yes," have zero fear of cold calling, and want to learn how to leverage cutting-edge AI tools to build massive prospect pipelines, this is your seat.

What You’ll Do Daily

Own the Phone: Hunt for new business through heavy outbound cold calling and digital prospecting targeting the US market.

Target High-Value Niches: Zero in on specialized sectors, specifically Construction, Technology, Pharmaceuticals, and Hazmat, though any lucrative commercial freight is fair game.

Build AI-Driven Pipelines: Work with advanced AI data tools to build, clean, and enrich high-quality prospect lists (we will train you on the tech).

Set the Stage: Qualify decision-makers, handle objections smoothly, and schedule high-impact discovery meetings for our Director of Sales to close.

Who You Are

A Natural Born Seller: You have a proven track record in sales (telemarketing, B2B, or inside sales). Logistics background is a plus, but a hunter mentality is a must.

Rejection-Proof: High-volume cold calling doesn’t drain you; it fuels you. You are resilient, thick-skinned, and highly competitive.

Bilingual Communicator: Your English is sharp, professional, and natural over the phone. You can confidently pitch to US-based C-level executives and Supply Chain Directors.

Tech-Curious: You are comfortable with CRM workflows and excited to learn how AI can automate the boring parts of sourcing so you can focus on pitching.
