About the role

The Sales Support Specialist I contributes to the sales organization by providing foundational support for

commercial operations. This role focuses on executing defined sales processes, maintaining data accuracy

within CRM systems, and assisting with basic reporting activities. The specialist applies learned concepts to

support sales teams and ensures consistency in data management and process adherence under guidance.

JOB DUTIES

Execute day-to-day sales support activities within Salesforce, including opportunity tracking and data entry

Maintain sales assignments, territories, and account ownership based on established rules and guidelines

Support the distribution of sales communications and informational materials to the sales team

Assist in the preparation and updating of standardized sales reports and basic performance dashboards.

Monitor key sales metrics and help identify initial data inconsistencies for review.

Perform tasks to ensure data accuracy and integrity within Salesforce and other sales tools.

Support the documentation and standardization of sales processes and templates.

Collaborate with team members to resolve routine data quality issues.

YOU MUST HAVE:

2+ years of relevant professional experience in sales support or a related field.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data organization and simple analysis.

Ability to follow defined processes and adapt to established workflows.

English proficiency for clear written and verbal communication.
