Bilingual Luxury Showroom Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking a polished, client-focused and highly organized professional to join our team in Mexico City. This role is centered on delivering an exceptional in-person client experience within a luxury showroom environment, supporting sales operations and building long-term relationships with high-end clients.

This is not a call center position. The role requires face-to-face interaction, consultative selling skills and experience working with luxury brands or discerning clientele.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a premium, personalized client experience in the showroom

Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers and luxury retailers

Prepare tailored quotations and ensure timely follow-up

Manage order processing, logistics and shipment coordination

Handle invoicing, documentation and order tracking

Present collections and product lines to professional clients

Conduct post-sale follow-ups via email and phone

Represent the brand at trade shows and industry events

Collaborate closely with internal teams

Maintain long-term client relationships through proactive communication

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in:

Luxury retail

High-end showroom sales

Premium client service environments

Bilingual (mandatory):

Advanced English (spoken and written)

Fluent Spanish

Strong consultative sales and negotiation skills

Excellent communication and presentation abilities

Experience working with architects, designers or luxury brands (preferred)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Proactive, solution-oriented mindset

Advanced Microsoft Office skills

Interest in design, architecture or luxury products
