Ingeniero/a de Software Senior — Go / Backend
¿De qué se trata? Vas a diseñar y construir microservicios de alto rendimiento en Go, liderando la arquitectura de sistemas distribuidos, escalables y resilientes. Vas a tomar decisiones técnicas que importan, hacer Code Review y mentorear al equipo, integrando herramientas de IA (Claude Code, Gemini, etc.) en el flujo de trabajo para elevar la productividad y calidad del software.
Stack principal:
- Go (goroutines, channels, context, profiling, optimización de memoria)
- APIs REST con OpenAPI / Swagger
- Autenticación y seguridad (JWT, OAuth, rate limiting)
- Clean Architecture + DDD
- PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQLite + Redis para caching
- Mensajería (RabbitMQ, Kafka o similares)
- Docker + scripting en Bash + SSH
- Testing (unitarias, integración, mocks)
- Git / GitLab con Code Review
- Observabilidad: logs, métricas y tracing
Suma puntos (pero no es excluyente): Kubernetes, pipelines CI/CD, administración avanzada de Linux.
Condiciones:
- México (CDMX)- esquema presencial.
- Contractor, remuneración en USD (a definir según seniority).
- Relación indefinida, sujeta a cumplimiento de expectativas.
Sueldo: $40,000.00 - $70,000.00 al mes
