Role: Account Executive

Compensation: $120K – $150K base (OTE: $240K – $300K) + commission + material equity

Location: San Francisco, CA | Full-time | On-site

YOE: 1–5+ years of SaaS sales experience (MarTech or B2B preferred)

The company has built an AI-powered B2B SaaS platform focused on helping global brands win in AI-driven search and discovery. Their technology improves visibility, discoverability, and brand presence across generative AI platforms by optimizing how companies appear and are referenced in modern AI search experiences. With hundreds of customers and strong ARR traction, the platform directly impacts customer acquisition outcomes for mid-market and enterprise organizations.

Own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from outbound prospecting through closing mid-market and enterprise deals.

Work directly with the founders to shape go-to-market strategy, messaging, positioning, and early sales playbooks.

Build and scale repeatable sales processes, tools, and pipeline infrastructure in a zero-to-one environment.

Consistently close $10K–$30K+ ACV deals while owning revenue targets and forecasting accuracy.

Act as the voice of the customer by feeding market insights back to Product and Engineering to influence roadmap decisions.

Thrive in a high-ownership, ambiguous environment where building from scratch and moving fast are core expectations.
