We are hiring a Federal Field Marketing Manager to own and accelerate pipeline creation across the U.S. Federal market. This is a high-impact, revenue-accountable field marketing role. You will be building and converting pipeline in mission-critical Federal accounts. Preference will be given to candidates with deep Federal Field Marketing experience, especially those based in the National Capital Region (NCR). Reporting to the Director of Field Marketing, North America, this role partners directly with Federal Sales leadership to design and execute account-based, pipeline-centric programs.

Federal pipeline creation

Sales execution in named strategic accounts

Deal velocity in high-value government opportunities

Corelight’s growth across the most sensitive and mission-critical environments in the U.S.

What You Will Do

Own Federal field marketing strategy tied directly to pipeline creation, acceleration, and conversion

Build and execute account-based marketing (ABM) programs for Tier 1 Federal Civilian, DoD, and IC accounts

Drive sales-aligned field programs that consistently generate qualified meetings and pipeline coverage

Lead Federal-focused events, briefings, roundtables, and partner activations designed for buyer engagement—not awareness

Translate Federal mission priorities into targeted campaigns that move buying groups through the funnel

Partner tightly with Federal Sales to ensure 100% alignment on account coverage, priorities, and pipeline gaps

Own performance metrics including:

Pipeline sourced and influenced

Meeting-to-opportunity conversion

Buying group penetration

Velocity from engagement S1 / pipeline stage progression

Collaborate with Product Marketing to execute Federal launch and solution campaigns tied to field demand

What We Expect You to Bring

7+ years in B2B enterprise marketing, with deep Federal/Public Sector field marketing experience required

Proven success driving pipeline in U.S. Federal Civilian, DoD, or Intelligence Community markets

Hands-on experience executing ABM programs that convert named accounts into pipeline

Strong cybersecurity background preferred (NDR, SIEM, detection & response, or adjacent domains)

Deep understanding of Federal buying behavior, procurement cycles, and stakeholder complexity

Demonstrated ability to run sales-first field marketing programs

Experience working with Federal channel ecosystems (prime contractors, integrators, and partners)

Strong command of modern marketing systems (CRM, ABM platforms, intent data, automation tools)

Ability to operate as a player-coach—strategy + execution, not just oversight

Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical capability into mission outcomes and operational impact

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
