Job Description: Business Analyst – Project Management - Banking (Credit Cards, Lending Domain)
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Analyst with strong experience in the credit cards /
consumer lending domain. The role focuses on requirement analysis, stakeholder collaboration, and
supporting strategy implementation, with limited project coordination responsibilities.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements
- Translate requirements into BRDs/FRDs and user stories
- Engage stakeholders across business and technology
- Support credit risk strategy and policy implementation
- Perform process mapping and identify improvements
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and UAT support
- Maintain documentation and requirement traceability
- Conduct data analysis using Excel/SQL
Qualifications: - 3+ years as a Business Analyst in banking/credit cards
Strong understanding of consumer credit lifecycle
Experience with credit risk strategies and policy changes
Skilled in requirement documentation and process mapping
Familiarity with Agile methodology
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
