About the role
Per ampliamento del team, si seleziona un/a Addetto/a selezione personale per rete di supermercati e ipermercati attiva tra Varesotto e provincia, con 10 punti vendita e forte contatto con il pubblico. Il ruolo seguirà ricerche operative per cassa, scaffale, banco servito e magazzino. Inserimento previsto entro 2 settimane.
La figura si occuperà di screening candidature per circa 12-15 posizioni al mese, primo contatto telefonico e pianificazione dei colloqui con i responsabili di negozio. È prevista anche la pubblicazione degli annunci, l'aggiornamento delle anagrafiche su Zucchetti HR e la verifica della documentazione d'ingresso per nuove risorse in area vendite e reparti freschi, con scadenze spesso concentrate tra giovedì e sabato.
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
breve esperienza pregressa nel ruolo
buon uso di Excel, posta elettronica e gestionali HR
capacità di gestire telefonate, agende colloqui e volumi di candidature elevati
precisione, riservatezza e disponibilità a confronto costante con i punti vendita
