Position Summary
The Production Lead / Supervisor Trainee is a hands-on leadership development role intended for a highly capable assembler who demonstrates strong technical aptitude, accountability, communication skills, and leadership potential. This position supports daily production activities while developing the skills necessary to transition into a Production Supervisor role within approximately 12 months.
This role serves as the primary support resource for production coordination, training, quality oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives while continuing to participate directly in assembly and manufacturing operations.
