Machine Operator - 2nd Shift - Immediate Opening (Full-Time)
About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a 2nd Shift Machine Operator to join our production team. This position involves operating manufacturing equipment in both roll packing and coil production, ensuring high-quality mattress components are produced efficiently.
The job will primarily focus on:
Operating the Roll Pack Machine, feeding coil units into the machine, and boxing the finished product at the output.
Running a variety of machines in coil production, producing and assembling mattress coil units for use in our products.
Hours
Monday – Friday, 3PM-11PM
Responsibilities
Operate the Roll Pack Machine to compress and package mattresses.
Feed coil units into the roll pack machine and box completed products.
Run machines in the coil production department to manufacture and assemble mattress coil units.
Monitor machines for quality control and troubleshoot basic issues.
Follow safety and quality standards to maintain efficient production.
Assist in other production tasks as needed.
Requirements
Previous experience operating manufacturing machinery is preferred.
Ability to lift and move materials as needed throughout the shift.
Willingness to work in both roll packing and coil production.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
