Job Description: On Site Training will be provided! Building on your experience with conventional CNC Lathes, we will train and help develop your skillset on CNC Swiss Machines. Machinist will be responsible for producing precision machined components by setting up and operating Citizen Swiss Lathes. Complete first piece inspection after set up is complete, maintain in-process inspection during operation, maintaining and completing records, maintaining equipment and tooling.
Other Responsibilities:
- Performs tool offsets/adjustments to meet print requirements.
- Replace machine tooling when necessary.
- Use of measuring equipment and instruments to verify conformance of product.
- Dimensional inspection and documentation.
- Daily machine maintenance, filters, fluids, etc.
Job Requirements:
- High School diploma/GED preferred.
- Passing background and drug test.
- Good work history in the industry.
This is an offer for a Second Shift full-time position, with the ability for overtime. We are currently searching for both first and second shift machinists. Compensation is based on skill-set, history, etc.
