Responsibilities

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality.

Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.

Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations.

Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure a safe environment for all patrons.

Restock bar supplies efficiently during shifts to keep the bar fully equipped for service.

Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to meet guest needs seamlessly.

Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments; hospitality background preferred.

Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; strong cash handling skills required.

Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism.

Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures.

Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts.

Ability to perform basic math accurately for billing, tips, and inventory counts using retail math principles.

Experience with serving alcohol responsibly in accordance with local laws; familiarity with responsible beverage service practices is essential.
