Corporate Restaurant Recruiter
The Hyde Park Restaurant Group is seeking an Corporate Restaurant Recruiter for our office in Beachwood. This is a Monday through Friday in-office position supporting fine dining concept restaurant operations, additional responsibilities

Requirements:
2+ years of Recruiting experience
100% in office NO REMOTE OR HYBRID AVAILABLE
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Collaborative drive for success
Self-motivated
Prior restaurant experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Business, Human Resources, etc) preferred
Previous hospitality recruiting experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Identify and source hourly and salary candidates for all restaurant locations
Search for candidates online via Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, etc.
Ensure all ads are posted and kept up to date while meeting all legal requirements
Cold calling, Restaurant Visits, Travel up to 25%
Social Media content creation
Researching of concepts, different markets, recruiting sources for viable candidates
Develop relationships with candidates as well as 3rd part recruiting sources, colleges, etc.
Coordinate background checks with Human Resources department and evaluate references
Maintain candidate database and other related files
Full-cycle recruiting including Job Offer
Use the current applicant management system to ensure candidates are tracked through the screening process to the assessment stage, and that all candidates receive timely feedback.
Complete all assigned reports and keep all records and files accurate and up-to-date.
Participate in any auditing or additional administrative duties as needed.
