Position Summary
Shooters is seeking an experienced hospitality leader to serve as our Front of House Manager. This role is responsible for quarterbacking the entire guest experience across all front-of-house operations, including the dining room, bars, reservations, host stand, and guest services. From a guest's first interaction with Shooters through their departure, this individual will be responsible for ensuring every touchpoint reflects our commitment to exceptional hospitality.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for training, coaching, and developing teams. This person will be responsible for creating systems, refining service standards, and building a culture centered around consistency, accountability, and unreasonable hospitality. They will spend significant time on the floor and throughout the venue observing, coaching, and elevating performance while ensuring every guest receives a memorable experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Guest Experience & Hospitality Leadership
Own the entire guest journey from reservation through departure.
Oversee guest experience standards across the dining room, bars, host stand, waterfront operations, and all front-facing guest interactions.
Establish and maintain service standards that create exceptional and memorable guest experiences.
Actively engage with guests throughout service to ensure satisfaction and resolve concerns proactively.
Develop a culture of hospitality that exceeds expectations and drives guest loyalty.
Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and service trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Training & Staff Development
Create and implement comprehensive training programs for all front-of-house team members, including hosts, servers, bartenders, barbacks, support staff, and supervisors.
Develop onboarding systems and training materials for new hires.
Conduct regular training sessions focused on hospitality, service standards, sales, communication, product knowledge, and operational excellence.
Observe service execution and provide real-time coaching and feedback.
Build leadership capabilities within shift managers and key team members.
Maintain accountability through performance evaluations and ongoing development plans.
Systems & Process Creation
Design, document, and continuously improve front-of-house systems and standard operating procedures.
Create consistency across all guest touchpoints, including reservations, seating procedures, service standards, bar operations, guest recovery, VIP experiences, and communication protocols.
Develop checklists, training manuals, service guides, and accountability tools.
Partner with leadership to identify operational inefficiencies and implement scalable solutions.
Dining Room & Bar Operations Leadership
Lead daily front-of-house operations and ensure service standards are executed consistently across both restaurant and bar environments.
Work closely with the Beverage Director, kitchen leadership, nightlife team, and events team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Manage floor flow, staffing deployment, and service execution during peak periods.
Ensure effective communication between all operating departments.
Team Leadership & Culture
Hire, coach, mentor, and develop front-of-house team members.
Foster a positive, professional, and accountable culture.
Lead by example through visible, hands-on leadership.
Uphold high standards of professionalism, appearance, urgency, and hospitality.

Service standards are documented, taught, reinforced, and executed daily.
