Tenure Track Assistant or Associate Professor - Speech Language Pathology

The dynamic team in the Department of Communication Sciences & Disorders at Baldwin Wallace University is seeking a new faculty member. The Department is an innovative, vibrant and growing department that is housed within a highly supportive University.

We are seeking applications for a 9-month tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor faculty position in Speech-Language Pathology with a start date of August 1, 2026. Our well-established undergraduate and graduate programs in Speech-Language Pathology are based on both evidence-based education and evidence-based practice. We are committed to creating a supportive and challenging academic experience with intentional connections between classroom and clinical learning. Successful applicants will possess an earned doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology or related discipline (ABD will be considered), Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA CCC-SLP) for a minimum of nine months at the time of the interview, eligibility for state licensure in Ohio, and previous teaching and clinical supervision experience. Responsibilities include graduate and undergraduate teaching, academic advising, clinical education, research in area of interest, and college and community service. Open to expertise in any adult or pediatric area. Special consideration is given to expertise in adult neurogenic disorders, motor speech, voice, and dysphagia.
