About the role

As a Lead Account Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving qualified leads, pipeline growth, and technical sales support for Honeywell’s Saia Burgess Programable Logic Controllers (PLCs).

You will report directly to our Regional General Manager for BMS.

In this role, you will impact the company's revenue generation and business growth by driving Saia Burgess PLC adoption through a multi-channel, multi-brand network of independent distributors and contractors. Your ability to optimize lead generation campaigns and provide technical sales support will help the customer base and increase market share, positioning Honeywell Saia Burgess PLCs as a leader in the industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create and optimize lead generation campaigns and programs

Manage and analyze lead data to identify trends, optimize conversion rates, and improve overall lead quality

Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to track and report on lead generation performance and ROI

Provide deep technical sales support for sales teams and customers

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in demand generation to drive continuous improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

Minimum of 6 years of experience in customer success or account management

Minimum 2 years of experience selling or programming PLCs

Proven track record of driving lead generation and pipeline growth

Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM tools

Excellent analytical and data-driven mindset
