Business Development Representative
About the role
Discount Moulding is looking for a Business Development Representative! We supply the best quality and most affordable interior doors, trim and building material in the DMV region. Your role includes the following responsibilities:
- Understanding and educating customers through the options for doors and trim we have
- Creating, following up, and converting quotations to sales
- Answering inbound leads and nourishing through the sales pipeline
- Scheduling production and delivery for your sales via our software suite
- Hours are 7:30-4:30 M-F and 7:30-1:30 Saturday
- PTO and health insurance stipends!
No experience in construction material necessary. Everything can be taught on the job! Looking for someone energetic and ambitious as this is a commission based role. Past sales experience is a plus!
Discount Moulding is a start-up that is rapidly expanding with more locations opening soon and future corporate opportunities for high performers.
This is an entry level role with the goal of converting to a commission-eligible inside sales representative position within 4-6 months. This role would maintain a similar base salary plus ~$40,000 in expected annual commission for on target.
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
