Rates: $22-$32

Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide direct one-to-one ABA services to clients and their families in home, daycare, and / or school settings.

Adhering to and appropriately implementing protocols and procedures outlined in the treatment plans created by the supervising BCBA.

Work in collaboration with the supervising BCBA, colleagues on the team, and other professionals to support and ensure the client’s success.

Generate objective and specific session notes.

Appropriately collect, report, and graph behavior and acquisition data.

Maintain all required documentation up-to-date and in accordance with HIPPA regulations.

Required Skills and Experience:

Strong understanding of the most current RBT Task List and RBT Ethical Guidelines.

Must be fluent in English, bilingual preferred.

Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts in English.

Proficient skill and use in Microsoft Programs (Ex: Teams, Excel, Word, One drive)

Team Player Mentality with ability to effectively communicate with supervisors, colleagues, and the client’s family members.

One or more years of experience working directly in the field of ABA. (_Preferred But Not Required)_

Actively or planning to pursue a career in the field of ABA, psychology, or other related therapeutic field (ex: speech/language therapy, occupational therapy etc.) (_Preferred But Not Required)_

General Job Requirements:

Registered by the BACB as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).

Must be able to travel and arrive in a timely fashion to multiple locations daily.

Proof of liability coverage

Ability and access to use technology (computer, scanner, tablet, phone, etc.)
