TAGO EV entered the U.S. market about a year ago. Our South Carolina facility is operational, and we've spent the past year building our dealer network and growing sales across the Southeast. We are early — and that is exactly the point. The organization behind TAGO EV has committed its full resources to U.S. LSV manufacturing and distribution. The backing is real, the infrastructure is in place, and leadership is fully aligned. What we need now are the right people on the ground.

And we're just getting started. Within the next two years, our goal is to bring production home — we are actively partnering with U.S.-based manufacturers to build TAGO carts as a true Made-in-USA product. That means the person we hire today won't just be selling a great cart; you'll be helping launch an American-made one. It's a rare chance to grow with a brand from the ground up.

Who We're Looking For — Please Read Before Applying

We are looking for sales professionals who already understand how vehicle and dealer-based businesses work. To make sure we connect with the right candidates, please review the following:

Strongly preferred:

Direct sales experience in golf carts, LSVs, or electric vehicles — this is the ideal background and will receive top priority.

Sales professionals from closely related vehicle industries — RV/recreational vehicles, powersports, automotive, agricultural/utility vehicles, marine, or similar dealer-network-driven products. If you've sold vehicles or equipment through a dealer or distributor channel, your experience likely translates well here.

We respect every sales background, but this role lives and breathes the vehicle dealer world. If your sales experience is in an unrelated industry with no connection to vehicle, equipment, or dealer-based sales, this particular role likely won't be the right match — and we'd rather be upfront about that than waste your time.

Location Preference

While the territory covers Georgia, South Carolina, and Florida, the near-term focus of sales activity will be concentrated in Florida — one of the highest-density markets in the country for LSVs, golf communities, and retirement neighborhoods. Candidates based in Florida are strongly preferred, but those based in Georgia or nearby Southeast states who can work the Florida market freely are also encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

Identify, recruit, and onboard LSV and golf cart dealers across GA, SC, and FL

Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals and their sales teams

Conduct regular dealer visits, product demonstrations, and training sessions

Develop and execute territory sales plans with monthly and quarterly targets

Manage demo unit programs and coordinate inventory logistics with dealers

Monitor dealer performance metrics; provide coaching and corrective action as needed

Attend regional trade shows, golf industry events, and retirement community expos

Collaborate with the internal team on pricing, promotions, and product feedback

Track pipeline, dealer activity, and sales performance in CRM, with regular reporting to leadership

Title and seniority (Sales Representative vs. Sales Manager) will be matched to your experience level.

What You Bring

Sales experience in vehicles, equipment, or a dealer/distributor-driven industry (see "Who We're Looking For" above)

Dealer or distributor network experience is a strong plus — if you understand how to build and grow dealer relationships, we want to hear from you

A track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets

Self-motivated, comfortable working independently across a large field territory

Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the territory

Preferred Qualifications

Existing dealer relationships in the golf cart or LSV market in the Southeast

Experience selling into retirement communities, resort developments, or golf courses

Prior experience in an early-stage or fast-growing market

Florida residency or strong familiarity with the Florida market
