Training & Requirements (All Positions)

✅ Completion of a 40-hour RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) training (provided or required upon hire) ✅ Must have or be willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification ✅ Ongoing supervision and support provided

No prior ABA experience required—we will train the right candidates.

Position Overview

We are hiring at multiple levels based on experience and education:

Intervention Technician

Intervention Specialist

Intervention Professional

You will provide direct 1:1 behavior intervention services to children with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

Provide direct 1:1 support to clients

Implement individualized behavior plans

Collect and record data

Communicate with families and supervisors

Maintain professionalism and reliability

Qualifications

Intervention Technician

Enrolled in undergraduate program (within 24 credits & 18 months of graduation) in human services OR

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human service field

Hours count toward Intervention Specialist qualifications

Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle

Ability to pass background check

Intervention Specialist

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a human service field AND:

HI certification or willingness to complete $50 course

1 year (1040 hours) experience working with children (0–21) with developmental disabilities

Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle

Ability to pass background check

Intervention Professional

Master’s degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field OR:

Master’s + 1,500 hours relevant training

1,200 hours relevant experience

1 year (1040 hours) experience working with children (0–21) with developmental disabilities

Valid driver’s license & insured vehicle

Ability to pass background check
