Hi Five Services is seeking a compassionate and motivated Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to join our growing behavioral health team. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing high-quality psychiatric care, committed to improving patient outcomes, and comfortable working with children, adolescents, and adults.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments.
Diagnose and treat mental health disorders across the lifespan.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Provide medication management and ongoing psychiatric follow-up.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
Collaborate with therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
Participate in quality improvement and interdisciplinary team meetings as needed.
Qualifications
Required:
Active and unrestricted Florida APRN license.
Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Certification (PMHNP-BC).
DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances.
Experience providing psychiatric evaluations and medication management.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Preferred:
Experience working with children and adolescents.
Bilingual English/Spanish.
Experience with telehealth services.
Familiarity with Medicaid and managed care populations.
