Strong understanding of ServiceNow Architecture, and functionalities

Your key responsibilities
Knowledge of scripting languages like Javascript
Familiarity with Testing Automation tools and frameworks
Analyze complex requirements and design effective test cases
Hands-on experience with ATF in ServiceNow
Work with developers, business analyst and stakeholders to define the testing requirements
Create test cases, and develop automated testing scripts using frameworks like ATF, Selenium
Strong knowledge of manual and automated testing methodologies
Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather testing requirements
Your skills and experience
The person required for the above position should have the following profile:
5-8 years of ServiceNow Testing Experience
ServiceNow in-depth ITSM product knowledge is required, ITOM (Discovery/CMP/Service Mapping), GRC, IRM
Proficiency with ServiceNow Development such as scripting, Flow designers (low code, no code) and integrations
Good understanding of REST API testing and validation
Proficiency in using JIRA, ServiceNow for defect tracking
Perform functional, regression, system integration, performance testing
Maintain Test Case documentation, reports, test artifacts
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
