About the Opportunity
This is a great opportunity to join our finance team in Cremorne , on a 1 2 month fixed term contract (parental leave cover) . Working in the ANZ financial control team, you’ll be responsible for managing the month-end process and will be helping to drive process improvement that enhance the efficiency and accuracy of financial reporting .
About you
The position would suit someone who has experience in a similar finan ce and/ or audit role within a large o r ganisation or consulting firm . We’d love to hear from you if you have:
Demonstrated experience coordinating and collaborating with stakeholders across multiple business units
Strong technical knowledge of Australian Accounting Standards, including Tax .
Advanced excel skills, knowledge of Oracle is a nice to have (but not essential). Experience dealing with complex systems will be highly regarded.
Solid c ommunication and presentation skills (verbal and written), ability to present complex data and concepts to enable decision making.
High attention to detail and excellent organisational and planning skills, with demonstrated ability to build out and deliver structured timelines.
Highly motivated, energetic, flexible, curious to learn, with a can-do attitude.
Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, commerce or related . As well as CA/CPA qualification.
