About the Role
As a National Corporate Accounts Partner you will have ownership of and responsibility for a portfolio of Domain’s high-value national corporate real estate brands. Your focus will be to execute the corporate accounts strategy by managing and strengthening relationships across your portfolio to deliver true partnership value and increase product uptake.
Building upon strong relationships, you will use the insights you gain into each brand's structure, strategy and people to open and execute opportunities for commercial partnership via preferred partnerships, enterprise deals and stronger alignment with Domain and CoStar Group.

In a typical day you can expect to:
Manage a portfolio of Domain’s high-value national corporate brands by ensuring revenue and growth targets are met, relationships are growing and commercial opportunities are leveraged. Building proactive advocacy for Domain across their executive teams.
Manage senior executive and CEO relationships across your brands.
Manage and support relationships between Domain and CoStar Group Senior Executives.
Improve outcomes by implementing value-based-selling methodology to understand brand needs and match with solutions from across Domain’s full portfolio of products.
Present Domain Insights, data and strategic updates to senior executives from national real estate brands.
Collaborate with the Director of Corporate Partnerships to shape Corporate Partnership strategies.
Identify, plan, pitch and execute enterprise deals and preferred partnerships within your portfolio.
Proactively maintain relationships, ensuring key stakeholders across your portfolio are kept up to date with new and featured products and solutions. Leveraging your relationships to have these updates shared through to their networks via internal newsletters and intranets.
Our Ideal Person:
ESSENTIALS:
Proven success in developing and executing account management strategies for large national clients.
Experience negotiating multi-channel marketing and platform technology agreements.
Acute business acumen and adaptable to work in ambiguous situations.
Ability to communicate ROI and business impact through compelling storytelling, and explain technical concepts.
Senior/executive level sales skills.
Based in Sydney and available to work 3x per week from the office.
NICE TO HAVES:
Experience in PropTech, Real Estate or related industry preferred.
Exposure to the residential sales environment and agent-facing businesses.
