About the role

TVSN is Australia's leading television shopping channel, connecting millions of viewers with premium products and experiences every day. As we our portfolio beyond traditional retail into travel, automotive, hospitality, and lifestyle services, we are seeking a commercially driven Partnerships & Business Development Lead to open new revenue streams and forge high-value brand relationships across our broadcast and digital platforms.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

This is a high-impact, outward-facing role at the intersection of business development, brand strategy, and commercial deal-making. You will identify, approach, and secure partnerships with premium Australian and international brands to bring their products, services, and experiences to TVSN's loyal national audience.

Main focus of this role is to build strategic commercial relationships with brands, agencies, tourism operators, automotive companies, retailers, lifestyle businesses, and key partners who want to leverage content, storytelling, and integrated media exposure to drive sales and brand engagement.

Rather than selling traditional advertising, you will develop innovative partnership and commerce opportunities that integrate products, sponsorships, and experiences directly into programming, digital content, campaigns, and audience engagement initiatives.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE ROLE:

Entrepreneurial skills to thrives on building senior-level relationships by creating commercial ideas from scratch and convert unique media-led partnerships into meaningful revenue opportunities.

Proven track record demonstrating experience B2B partnerships, business development, media sales or 360-degree account executive roles with a history of exceeding commercial targets

A deep understanding of Australian Media Landscape and ability to stay across evolving media, retail, sponsorship and consumer trends while monitoring competitor activity and emerging partnership models to bring new opportunities to the business.

Media background with experience working within Television, broadcast, digital publishing, commerce or entertainment environments.

Ability to build tailored, integrated marketing and sponsorship rather than just selling standard ad spots.

Proactive self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset who is comfortable with cold outreach and building relationships from scratch.

Past experience working in TV infomercial sales is desirable.
