As a Brand Manager on our dynamic, fast-paced Home Care (Cleaners) Marketing Team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our brands. In this role, you don't just execute plans; you define the vision.

By owning the financial outcomes and the long-term health of the brand, your leadership will drive measurable business results through innovative strategies, market-defining campaigns, and robust cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Vision: Define the 3-5 year brand roadmap and category growth strategy.

Financials: Full accountability for the brand’s P&L, including pricing strategy, margin optimisation, and ROI on marketing spend.

Stakeholder Influence: Lead high-level negotiations and presentations to Senior Leadership and Global Business Units.

Innovation Pipeline: Lead the "Front-End" of innovation—deciding which products should exist based on white-space analysis.

Mentorship: Directly manage and develop Assistant Brand Managers, fostering a high-performance culture.

The Decision Maker: Comfortable making high-stakes calls with incomplete data.

The Architect: You build frameworks and systems that others follow.

The Influencer: You can sway cross-functional directors (Sales, Supply Chain, Finance) to align with your brand vision.
