Contratto a tempo determinato di 12 mesi;
Tasks and Qualifications:
Attività previste:
Ricezione delle richieste da parte dei clienti interni (back office delle filiali e area manager)
Gestione degli ordini, con relativo inserimento degli stessi a sistema (dall’acquisizione all’evasione- entrata e uscita merci – emissione DDT - fatturazione)
Fatturazione e preparazione della relativa documentazione
Si interfaccia con i fornitori italiani di componenti (quali batterie e raddrizzatori)
Requisiti per il ruolo:
Esperienza pregressa di minimo 1 o 2 anni nel ruolo di sales back office (con gestione ordini di vendita rete commerciale e fatturazione) preferibilmente presso aziende del settore dei beni industriali di medio grandi dimensioni, modernamente organizzate.
Titolo di studio: diploma o laurea
Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
Conoscenza SAP /ERPs
Utilizzo del pacchetto Office
