Inseriamo nel nostro organico una figura dedicata alle risorse umane per il nostro team di catering ed eventi a La Spezia. Lavorerai in un contesto dinamico dove ogni settimana porta nuove sfide: matrimoni in villa, cene aziendali, eventi sul lungomare.
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato 6 mesi con possibile proroga per tutta la stagione estiva
Orario full-time flessibile su turni mattutini e pomeridiani, disponibilità a weekend
Buoni pasto
Formazione continua su procedure HR e sicurezza eventi
Rimborso spese per trasferte brevi in provincia
Orario full-time 40 ore su 5 giorni con picchi pre-evento
Requisiti:
diploma di scuola superiore
esperienza di 1-2 anni in ambito HR o amministrativo, anche in settori affini
familiarità con Excel e gestionali presenze (Zucchetti o simili graditi)
precisione e capacità di gestire più pratiche contemporaneamente
disponibilità entro 2 settimane
