About the role
Cerchiamo una figura esperta per gestire l'intero processo di selezione nel settore logistica e trasporti. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con i responsabili di magazzino e trasporto per coprire posizioni operative durante il periodo estivo e oltre.
Mansioni:
conduzione end-to-end dei processi di recruiting: pubblicazione annunci, screening CV e assessment dei candidati
organizzazione e conduzione di colloqui tecnici e comportamentali con focus su ruoli di magazzino e autisti
verifica patentini (patentino muletto, patente B/C/CE se richiesto) e gestione documentazione per assunzione
coordinamento onboarding, visite mediche e scadenze formazione sicurezza (DPI, corsi antincendio)
Requisiti:
esperienza pregressa nel ruolo di selezione (anche specialistica per ruoli operativi) fino a 2 anni non richiesta: preferibile esperienza 1-2 anni oppure valutiamo anche senza esperienza
ottime doti relazionali, autonomia nella gestione dei processi e precisione nella documentazione
buona dimestichezza con strumenti di screening e pacchetto Office
