La figura si occuperà della gestione delle pratiche operative legate alle assunzioni e all’inserimento dei nuovi collaboratori, supportando le attività quotidiane del team HR.
Attività principali:
Inserimento delle anagrafiche dei lavoratori nei sistemi aziendali
Organizzazione delle visite mediche e dei corsi di formazione obbligatori
Coordinamento con i reparti per la consegna dei dispositivi e l’attivazione dei servizi aziendali
Supporto alla gestione amministrativa delle comunicazioni interne.
Requisiti richiesti:
Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado
Conoscenza base dei principali strumenti informatici (Office, e-mail, Excel)
Precisione e capacità di rispettare scadenze e procedure
Buone doti comunicative e relazionali
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 6 mesi
Orario full time: 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì 09:00–13:00 / 14:00–18:00.
