Addetto/a Gestione Clienti e Vendite
About the role
Impresa che gestisce servizi dedicati alla clientela privata e al mondo aziendale inserisce un/una Addetto/a Vendite da inserire nel proprio team. La figura si occuperà della gestione delle vendite e del supporto ai clienti in ambito B2B e B2C.
Attività principali:
Gestione e sviluppo delle offerte commerciali per i clienti
Supporto nella selezione dei prodotti e servizi più adatti alle esigenze della clientela
Gestione delle trattative commerciali e degli ordini, seguendo tutte le fasi del processo di vendita
Assistenza clienti per informazioni e supporto pre e post-vendita
Coordinamento con i reparti interni per la gestione di spedizioni e consegne
Verifica della documentazione e follow-up sugli ordini.
Requisiti richiesti:
Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione al contatto con il pubblico
Attitudine alla vendita assistita e alla gestione delle trattative commerciali
Buone capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli e orientamento ai risultati
Diploma di scuola secondaria superiore (preferibile, ma non indispensabile)
Esperienza pregressa in ambito vendite o commerciale (preferibile, ma non indispensabile).
Offerta:
Contratto a tempo determinato di 3 mesi
Orario full-time, 40 ore settimanali
