Gestione dei contatti con clienti per informazioni, aggiornamenti e richieste operative
Inserimento dati nei sistemi aziendali e aggiornamento delle pratiche
Preparazione della documentazione collegata ai servizi richiesti
Organizzazione appuntamenti e gestione dell’agenda interna
Controllo delle informazioni presenti nei gestionali
Supporto al personale amministrativo e operativo per il completamento delle attività
Requisiti
Diploma di scuola superiore
Buona dimestichezza con computer, posta elettronica e strumenti Office
Precisione nella gestione di dati, documenti e scadenze
Predisposizione al contatto con clienti e referenti interni
Inserimento
Contratto a tempo determinato full time
Orario dal lunedì al venerdì
Affiancamento operativo sulle procedure e sugli strumenti aziendali
