Job Summary In this position, you will own and manage a key segment of Xfinity Mobile’s device portfolio, including launch strategy and execution, in-life management strategy, and product performance. Strong candidates will possess experience in mobile technology, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams to drive stakeholder alignment and hit business targets.

This highly visible role represents a unique opportunity to have a significant impact on a key growth business for Comcast. You will influence Xfinity Mobile’s value proposition and product roadmap as an expert in devices - driving alignment across the organization. This job is an individual contributor role that does not have direct responsibility for supervision or performance management of staff, at this time.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop GTM strategy, execute flawless device launches, and minimize disruptions with portfolio transitions. This includes supporting teams with decision-making on pricing, channel assortment, merchandising, launch communications, demand planning, and write-downs.

Demand forecasting across the device portfolio taking in numerous assumptions: overall business goals, promotional strategy, market dynamics, launches, marketing activities, product capabilities and enhancements

Partners with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Management, Channels, and Growth to meet overarching business objectives

Manages and drives portfolio performance through KPI reporting and strategic insights

Assesses market opportunities and create business cases for inclusion in feature roadmap

Creates financial models, develops business cases and makes strategic recommendations for promotional activities

Develop and help manage P&L for devices in partnership with finance and accounting

Help manage relationships with OEM partners by setting expectations, uncovering growth opportunities, and negotiating terms

Defines product, business and functional requirements. Provides product support and documentation and develops product materials.

Actively monitors competitive activity and becomes source of truth on key product/business metrics and financials

Supports the long-term MVNO strategy by partnering with business development teams

Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance

Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.

Minimum Qualifications

Track record with financial modeling and unstructured analytical data with exceptional business and financial acumen

Strong analytical skills underscored by a strategic mindset. Able to think through complex operational challenges and recommend solutions in a rapidly changing business environment.

Prior experience with budgeting and forecasting, high level of confidence in data analysis using Excel or like software

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to tailor communication style to diverse stakeholder groups (internal, external, technical, executive leadership, etc.)

Experience in mobile technology including technology advancements, customer experience and industry developments

Comfortable manipulating large datasets and creating reports to track performance

Background in SQL or other programming language a plus

Natural collaborator with excellent communication skills

Must be disciplined and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and capability to interact and influence across multiple levels in heavily matrixed organizations

Education Bachelor's Degree (Required)
