What You'll Be Doing

Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities across business units

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop insights that support strategic and day-to-day decision-making

Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate key metrics clearly

Monitor KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to optimize efficiency and cost performance

Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis activities

Collaborate with field operations and leadership to drive process improvements and operational consistency

Ensure data accuracy through validation, reconciliation, and process standardization

Assist with special projects, including system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives

What Are We Looking For

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights

Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms)

Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly

Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and influence outcomes

Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and quality

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Problem-solving capability with a proactive and continuous improvement mindset

Work Environment

Primarily office-based with regular interaction across departments
