Seeking a Program Analyst / Requirements Manager to support the Enterprise and Resource Management office for a government customer. This individual will assist in establishing and maintaining government’s portfolio management capability by developing, implementing, monitoring, and supporting processes and tools in the following subjects to include but not limited to: baseline change control, risk, issues, and opportunities, project finance, schedule management, requirements and project prioritization management.
