Job Description
NBCUniversal’s Advertising Platforms & Operations team is responsible for the product development, project management, and day-to-day operations of NBCUniversal’s full advertising technology suite. The division services both internal and external customers in support of NBCUniversal’s $8B annual advertising business.
We are seeking a Product Manager, Supply & Demand Quality to oversee integrations being deployed across NBCU endpoints, with a specialization in measurement, identity, and privacy capabilities. This person will lead the development and implementation of features that enable accurate Ad measurement (e.g., viewability), ensure compliant handling of user data and privacy signals (e.g., COPPA, CCPA, GDPR, GPP, ATT), and unlock scalable, privacy-compliant audience targeting through effective use of identity signals and cross-platform data integrations. They will analyze business and regulatory requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions, ensuring NBCU’s ad ecosystem delivers high-quality, measurable, and privacy-safe outcomes across both supply and demand.
Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of NBCU’s ad ecosystem with a focus on measurement accuracy, identity signals, and privacy compliance across supply and demand and manage measurement coverage across platforms, accounting for device and partner limitations
Drive implementation of privacy frameworks and signals in partnership with Legal, Privacy, and Engineering
Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear technical specifications for platform integrations
Drive the development of AI-driven and automated validation solutions to proactively monitor and improve the quality and scalability of measurement and identity capabilities
Lead testing and validation efforts to ensure data quality, consistency, and reliability across systems
Troubleshoot and resolve measurement discrepancies and reporting gaps across partners and platforms
Maintain documentation of capability support and limitations across endpoints
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Ad Sales, and external partners to deliver and support capabilities
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product management, preferably within digital advertising, ad tech, or data-driven platforms
Strong understanding of digital ad serving, measurement, identity signals, and privacy frameworks, and how they collectively enable scalable, addressable advertising
Experience implementing measurement and data solutions and ensuring accuracy across platforms, including familiarity with viewability, IVT, and attribution concepts
Familiarity with privacy regulations and signals (e.g., CCPA, GDPR, GPP, ATT, COPPA) and their impact on data usage, identity, and audience targeting
Experience leveraging identity and user signals (e.g., device IDs, consent signals, platform identifiers) to enable privacy-compliant audience targeting
Proven ability to translate complex business, technical, and regulatory requirements into scalable product solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying and resolving data discrepancies and quality issues
Experience developing or leveraging automation and/or AI-driven approaches to validate, monitor, and improve the quality and stability of measurement and identity capabilities
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across Product, Engineering, Ad Ops, Ad Sales, and external partners
Hybrid: This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.

Salary range: $110,00 - $150,000 (Bonus Eligible)
