Key Account Sales Manager, Semiconductor & Humanoid

Position Summary

The Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for developing and expanding DN Solutions’ presence within key corporate accounts by driving both commodity and high-end machine tool sales. This role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to communicate confidently with executive-level stakeholders. The ideal candidate will bring proven expertise in machine tool sales within one or more of DN Solutions’ focus industries, including Aerospace, Automotive, Energy, Medical, Electronics, Agriculture, Semiconductor, AI Data Center, and emerging Humanoid Robotics markets.

This position will play a critical role in identifying growth opportunities within semiconductor manufacturing and humanoid robotics supply chains, while positioning DN Solutions as a strategic manufacturing solutions partner.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with corporate objectives.

Drive growth in high-end machine sales, including automation and turnkey solutions.

Manage and relationships with key corporate accounts in Semiconductor, Electronics, AI Data Center, and Humanoid Robotics industries.

Develop a strong understanding of semiconductor and humanoid manufacturing processes, purchasing structures, capital investment cycles, and supply chain requirements.

Identify and pursue opportunities tied to semiconductor expansion projects, advanced manufacturing initiatives, robotics suppliers, and emerging automation technologies.

Collaborate with distributor partners to create and execute coordinated sales strategies; review results quarterly.

Represent DN Solutions at industry trade shows, technical conferences, and manufacturing association events.

Host customers at DN Solutions’ headquarters and manufacturing facilities in Changwon, South Korea.

Deliver compelling sales presentations to executive stakeholders and technical teams in coordination with sales representatives.

Monitor market activity, customer investment trends, and competitor developments within semiconductor and advanced robotics sectors.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Achievement of annual sales revenue targets

Growth in market share across Semiconductor and Humanoid Robotics industries

Customer satisfaction and retention

Expansion of strategic key accounts and new business opportunities

Collaboration: Works closely with distributor and internal sales teams

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent work experience

Equivalent professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Experience

Minimum of 10 years of experience in the machine tool industry

At least 7 years of demonstrated success in sales or account management

Proven track record supporting or selling into Semiconductor, Electronics, Automation, or Humanoid Robotics-related industries

Established contacts and relationships within semiconductor manufacturers, suppliers, integrators, or advanced manufacturing organizations

Experience working with large OEMs, contract manufacturers, and complex capital equipment purchasing environments

Strong understanding of current industry trends, emerging technologies, and future growth opportunities within Semiconductor and Humanoid Robotics markets

Skills & Competencies

Strong product knowledge in machine tools, automation, and manufacturing solutions

Understanding of semiconductor manufacturing environments, precision machining requirements, and automation trends

Knowledge of advanced manufacturing and humanoid robotics supply chains preferred

Excellent presentation and communication skills, with ability to engage C-level executives and engineering teams

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

International business experience and cultural adaptability preferred

Strong collaboration, relationship management, and strategic planning skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives
