Position Summary: The Account Manger's primary responsibility is to ensure the satisfaction of customers whether it be by phone, email, or in person. You will be in charge of providing quotes, orders, and information to our customers in a timely manner.

Accountabilities/Responsiblities:

Prepare accurate and timely quotations on specific jobs as required by customers and outside salespersons.

Provide pricing, product, product substitutions, delivery, bakcorder and warranty information as requested.

Handle special orders and non-stock item orders.

Coordinate returns with the customer and warehouse.

Provide submittals tailored to each customer's needs.

Keep customer's and self informed of promotions, volume purchasing and other incentives (as appropriate).

Maintain good houskeeping of inside sales area and display areas; arrange displays and stock as necessary.

Support sales activity in all other areas as needed, including outside sales & counter sales.

Account manager may become involved with such other duties as the President or Manager deem necessary.

Qualifications/Experience Minimum Qualifications

➢ Ability to quickly learn organizational procedures and operations

➢ Ability to analyze non-complex administrative details and correct routine error situations

➢ High degree of math competency and ability to maintain arithmetic and statistical accuracy

➢ Write in a neat, legible fashion

➢ Possess good oral communication skills

➢ Operate material handling equipment

➢ Effective understanding of the WISE system in order to produce sales orders and execute other duties specific to your Company

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
