ACCOUNT MANAGER TRAINEE / ROUTE HELPER Pay: $700/week salary + Bonus Structure Location: San Antonio, TX Schedule: Monday–Thursday (Fridays as needed — No weekends!)

This role is your first step toward becoming a full-fledged Account Manager with your own route, earning $750/week + expanded bonus potential. You’ll learn the business hands-on — delivering, servicing accounts, and building real customer connections.
What You’ll Do
Deliver textiles to roughly 30 stops per day with accuracy and care.
Build and retain customer relationships — you’re the face of Service Uniform.
Maintain accurate delivery and account records.
Drive upselling and renewals to grow your route.
Work independently while collaborating with your team.

Strong communication and customer service skills
Account management or sales experience (preferred)
CRM familiarity a plus
Reliable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Must be 21+ (insurance requirement)
Must pass drug screen, DOT physical, background, and MVR checks
