Position Overview
In this role, you will work directly alongside the National Accounts Manager, contacting individual store locations, building relationships with decision-makers, identifying inventory needs, and generating new sales opportunities. Rather than managing the account itself, your focus will be expanding product penetration, increasing order volume, and strengthening engagement across hundreds of locations nationwide.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys sales, relationship building, and outbound outreach while learning national account management from an experienced leader.
Pay: $18.00/hour + Incentives
What You'll Do
Contact retail locations within a national account through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Build relationships with store managers, buyers, and key decision-makers.
Identify inventory needs and recommend products that support customer success.
Generate new orders and increase product adoption across assigned locations.
Conduct regular follow-up with customers to maintain engagement and drive repeat business.
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and opportunities within CRM systems.
Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager to execute growth strategies.
Meet and exceed sales, activity, and revenue goals.
Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, account management, telemarketing, customer service, or business development preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls each day.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Experience using CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and email communication tools preferred.
Ability to identify customer needs and confidently recommend solutions.

Successful candidates consistently build relationships across multiple retail locations, identify opportunities to increase sales, maintain regular customer contact, and contribute to the continued growth of one of Orion Wholesale's largest national accounts.
Pay: $18.00 per hour
